Your first two 1-hour Belly Bolly classes are Tasters @ £5 each to find out whether this dance is for you. After that I run mini-terms of 5 consecutive 1-hour classes @ £30.
Drop-in for those of you who find it hard to get to class regularly is £7 for the hour.
If you do both Belly Bolly classes in an evening (these are independent of each other, with changes of dances and level) 5 consecutive sessions cost £50, with drop-in of £12.
Concessions apply for students, nurse and benefits.
If you miss a class, you’re welcome to catch up in an equivalent class at one of the other venues.

WHAT TO WEAR?
Feel comfortable for Belly Bolly class practice. We dance barefoot but you can use soft little pumps if that helps your feet. Wear a T-shirt or simple top and tie something pretty around your hips to give a focus to tum, bum and hips: this is the Belly Bolly look. Leggings are OK but they won’t give you such a squiggly feel!
A sarong or ‘wrap’ (piece of material, which can double up as a veil) tied around the hips gives a slinky feminine feel for dances like Egyptian baladi. Some dance styles look and feel best wearing a wide full skirt with an elasticated waist that can sit on the hips, swishy as you move, and billowing around your ankles. These few simple items are all you need to set up your Belly Bolly dance class gear. Then you start going sparkly….
Belly Bolly dance has side effects! You may find that you’ll never again resist going into charity shops to see what’s jingly and shiny inside. If you like sewing, you’ll find yourself creating new spangly dance gear.
